GemsBot runs 15 hours each day and as such it produces a large number of trades for each of the four Emini instruments, ES, YM, NQ and TF. It is designed in a modular way so that both novice and experienced traders can use it by following simple or sophisticated trading signals. In effect there are two independent but closely related systems that run in the background generating the signals.
The Spectrum trades are shown in the six top rows for each instrument. The Spectrum trades are updating live, at any millisecond, triggering trade entries and exits the moment that certain criteria are met.
The Power trades are shown in eight rows starting from the tenth row in the spreadsheet. The Power trades and the Audio alerts are produced when an algorithm runs in Excel every five seconds evaluating the Market Strength for each instrument. The Market Strength and the way it changes triggers entries and exits for the Power trades. There are two groups of Power trades. The Main trades that they develop from the instant a new trend is detected and for the next one minute only. Then the Continuation trades may develop starting anytime after the first minute of a new trend and until the final change of a trend direction. Continuation trades provide opportunities to re enter or add to an existing position.
The Scrolling rows at the bottom of the spreadsheet show the Raw Data for the last minute of trading and are used solely for anticipating changes in the markets.
In the following image you see the Trades Organizational Chart with the various types of trades. They are shown in the order that you should learn to trade with them, starting from the simplest trades, the Spectrum trades and progressing with the Trend,Fast, Sync, Spread and Spike trades.
